At Quit4Life, Hampshire’s stop smoking service, we know you’re busy and time is precious.
Did you know: the average smoker spends around an hour and a half smoking each day, and every cigarette you smoke takes around 11 minutes off your life expectancy? Time is valuable, so Quit4Life are here to help you make the most out of it!
When you stop smoking you will not only enjoy better health and more wealth, but you’ll have more time to do the things you really want to do – such as spending time with friends and family, reading, doing sports, or taking up a new hobby.
To maximise your time, why not commit to quit smoking on your lunch break? You could arrange to see a friendly Quit4Life adviser close to where you work (find your nearest clinic here). Or, you could choose Quit4Life’s telephone support to help you stop smoking.
Alternatively, Quit4Life offer an exciting Workplace Quit programme to help you and your colleagues who want to stop smoking. Here’s how it works:
FREE NHS workplace programme to help staff who want to stop smoking
Quit4Life, Hampshire’s NHS stop smoking service, are delighted to be able to offer a special FREE in-house workplace programme for employees who would like to give up smoking.
We can supply a specialist adviser on a weekly basis, who can come to your place of work to provide support and medication for those who would like to quit smoking or switch to vaping.
Here’s how workplace quit sessions could help both businesses and staff:

- Smoking-related illnesses are linked to increased long and short-term sickness
- Over two-thirds of smokers say they want to quit
- A friendly & convenient in-house clinic for staff to access, with support and medication
- Using Quit4Life means smokers are 4 times more likely to successfully stop
Please call us on 01252 335 120, visit www.quit4life.nhs.uk, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your session, or to find out more. Please note we require a minimum of 10 participants to run the 5 to 6 week course.
